Account Deletion Request

GutterApp allows users to create accounts. You may request account deletion at any time using the options below.

How to delete your GutterApp account

Option 1 — In App

  1. Log into GutterApp
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion

Option 2 — Email Request (if you can’t access your account)

Email: support@gutterapp.com

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Account email address
  • Business name (optional)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

What happens when you delete your account?

When your deletion request is confirmed:

  • Your user account is permanently removed
  • Personal profile information is deleted
  • Associated account settings are erased
  • Stored documents linked to your account are removed

⏳ Data retention policy

Some data may be retained temporarily for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and financial record obligations. Typical retention is up to 30 days unless otherwise required by law. After that, data is permanently deleted from our systems.

We take user privacy seriously. GutterApp does not sell personal data. We do not share personal information with third parties except as needed to operate the service (for example: hosting, analytics, and payment processing), or where required by law.
